Description :	Plaque d'albâtre oriental enchâssée dans une bordure d'oves entourée par une frise de filigranes et de cabochons interrompue, en haut et en bas, par trois disques d'émail cloisonné sur fond d'or et sur les côtés par deux plaques semblables. Les disques représentent en buste : le Christ entre les quatre symboles évangéliques et l'agneau pascal. Les plaques : Sainte Foy, Sainte Marie et deux saintes.
