Description :	Plaques d'argent cloutées sur âme de bois. Edifice rappelant un temple antique, abritant une petite statue de la Vierge. Celle-ci, debout, est placée au milieu de la base entourée de quatre socles cubiques, supportant chacun trois colonnes. Le plateau carré qui repose sur les colonnes supporte à son tour le reliquaire. Celui-ci, de forme cubique, porte une toiture en coupole couverte d'ardoises arrondies. Chaque face du reliquaire est percée d'un fenêtre ronde, encastrée de deux pilastres.
