Description :	Alliage cuivreux, argenté, verre, émail peint. Ce reliquaire se compose d'un pied octogonal à pans concaves sans décor, d'une tige hexagonale avec un nœud à six boutons à cabochons émaillés séparés par des feuilles lancéolées. Les émaux représentent de sommaires têtes d’hommes de profil. La boîte à reliques forme un petit édicule dont les façades sont encadrées de pinacles et couronnées d'un gâble. Les rampants sont soulignés par des crochets et se terminent par un fleuron. La boite est gravée d’un quadrillage évoquant un mur en pierre. L’avers et le revers sont percés d’une ouverture carrée qui permet d’exposer les reliques des saints Artemonis, Eutrope, Pierre et Paul (inscriptions manuscrites des noms des saints sur des phylactères en papier fixés sur un velours violet). Le toit en bâtière est surmonté d'un clocheton sommé d’une boule et d'un crucifix, indiquant la face principale. Les branches de la croix sont boulées. La tige et le pied sont soudés ; le raccord entre la tige et la boîte à reliques est cloué. Sous la boîte, quatre charnières permettent d'ouvrir le reliquaire en abaissant les deux faces principales.
